Sow the Seeds of Abortion...

...Reap the crop of infanticide.

A woman murdered her newborn baby, but because the umbilical cord was still attached, it was just a postnatal abortion.

She won't be charged.

This is that nightmare scenario pro-lifers have been warning about, where legal abortion leaves the womb.

This was the second-most disturbing thing that I've ever read on the subject. (The first came from Patrick Madrid. You can read it here, but I warn you, you won't be able to sleep afterword.)

Reading the comments on the article from the post is not for those with weak stomachs or low boiling points.

The title for the post is a little misleading though. Abortion isn't the start of the process. Acceptance of contraception, and the mindset that drives it, are the instigators.

I remember hearing in health class "We don't want you to have sex, but if you're going to do it, then here's how to use contraceptives." The message on it was clear - nothing wrong with fornication, just don't get pregnant.

Interestingly enough, the class never mentioned anything about abortion at all. Come to think of it, is there any public class in the US that is allowed to talk about abortion? My encyclopedia of human health doesn't even mention it, nor does it give a scientific definition on when life begins.

Of course, that means that the greatest emphasis that we were given in the class was on avoiding pregnancy at all costs.
